Pressure Washing and Steam Cleaning of various surfaces is an absolute necessity when appearance is important to the property owner. We use a variety of methods to clean a variety of surfaces. Both high pressure and low pressure and hot and cold water are employed in the cleaning process to achieve the desired result. When chemicals are employed in this process we only use bio-degradable highly effective degreasers and soaps and only when absolutely necessary. Our state of the art equipment can do 90% of the work without the use of chemical cleaners.
When it comes to pressure washing there is a difference. Our employees are trained not to scar concrete when steam cleaning gum and other materials off of concrete and other flat surfaces. The same is true when it comes to fragile awnings, around windows and other vertical surfaces. We always perform a small test to determine what process will clean without damaging any surface before we begin.
